I'm sad to say, we have our first Bad Seller Review :(
I know, I was hoping it wouldn't happen either!!
Our Very First Post on this blog was about The Little Mermaid. We showed a gorgeous handbag by
that we were very interested in for my daughters 6th birthday. We were also very interested in one of her Little Mermaid Dresses.
Well, we ordered a dress and handbag for Christmas.
Baaaaaaaad idea sadly!!
The handbag is gorgeous - very well made, handle shorter than pictured, but *meh* can live with that.
Dress was AWFUL!!
Our Advice here at DragonMumma's Envy - AVOID!!
Sewing is abysmal. Trim is replaced with whatever the seller thinks works - without any consultation. Trim is missing - apparently "forgotten". Seller then ignores any other contact she doesn't like. We requested a partial refund (we are not sending the dress back a week before Christmas and at Aussie Post Prices for her to not do what we paid for originally - seller accepted that she had messed up, but was only willing to change a few items and not to actually do what we had originally paid for) but seller then chose to ignore us.
So, might want to avoid this particular seller. What a pity.
